Travelling with TrawsCymru this Christmas

There will be a number of days affected by industrial action across the Wales and Borders rail network this December and January.

There will be industrial action on the following dates:

• Tuesday 13 December
• Wednesday 14 December
• Friday 16 December
• Saturday 17 December
• Saturday 24 December from 6pm to Tuesday 26 December at 6am
• Tuesday 3 January
• Wednesday 4 January
• Friday 6 January
• Saturday 7 January

While Transport for Wales (TfW) is not part of the industrial action, Network Rail’s involvement will cause significant disruption across the Wales and Borders network as rail services on Network Rail infrastructure will be unable to run. Other train operators will also be running very limited services.

If you are planning to travel by rail on the above dates, alternative travel options may be available for you through TrawsCymru bus services.
